REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at pushpamartjewellery@gmail.com or chat us via Whats App. 

When Exchange Is Not Accepted:

  • Exchange will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
  • Color Difference: A 10% to 20% color difference may occur due to variations in screen resolution and lighting.
  • Material or Color Dislike: If you do not like the material or color of the product you ordered. We use the highest quality materials, and all product details are provided in the product description and specification of products. We recommend thoroughly reading all details before placing your order.
  • Change of Mind: Exchange will not be accepted for reasons related to a sudden change of mind after placing the order.

Exchange Due to Size Issues:

Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before confirming your order. If you are unsure about your size, our team is here to assist you in finding the perfect fit. If you encounter size issues after receiving the product, please contact us. We are not responsible for exchange size sale items. We facilitate exchange size, you would be paying extra shipping charges for exchange size the product, as per actual rates of Courier Company.

Exchange Due to Damage Products:

While it is rare to receive damaged products during transits, defective, or incorrect products from us, if you encounter such issues, we are here to assist with the refund your amount or exchange process. Please email us at contact. pushpamartjewellery@gmail.com or whats App us with details of the issue, for verification purposes and images of the damaged product, within 24 hours of receiving your order. All returns are subject to verification. Once your return request is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection, along with a valid explanation. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up and dispatch a replacement of the same product if available. If the product is not available, we will provide you with a store credit of the same amount. The validity of the credit voucher issued will be 30 days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We try to be as fast as we can at shipping by processing your order the day you place it. Because of which cancellations become a problem in order to serve you with a speedy service.

But you can still report your cancellation within first 12 hours of placing the order. Our officials will keep you updated with the status of your cancellation request via WhatsApp

The refund might take 5-15 working days within India & 7-20 working days in case of International Orders to reach back to your account as we process it.
